The Kefalonia International Airport ( EFL ) is located 8 Km west of Argostoli, the capital of kefalonia. Due to lack of public transportation from/to the airport, the most convinient way to reach your destination is by Taxi. There is taxi rank right outside the terminal building and taxis are always available.
There is a direct fight connection from/to Athens with at least one direct flight per day throughout the year. During the summer period there are two scheduled direct flights per day.
The duration of the non-stop flight from/to Athens is about 55 minutes.
